Graduate student transcripts
Applicants must provide official transcripts (in English) of all previous work at the college level, including proof that you hold the baccalaureate degree equivalent to a US 4-year degree.
The baccalaureate degree must be appropriate to the particular course of study and be considered legitimate preparation for the field of study to which the student is being admitted. Some students may be accepted with the condition that undergraduate coursework be completed.
All academic records which are not in English MUST be certified true copies issued by the educational institution which you attended. Notarized copies are not acceptable. Any translated record should be literal, not interpretive, and must be accompanied by a copy of the original document. The only acceptable translations are those conducted and certified by the issuing institution, or by one of the following evaluation services:

Transfer credits must fit within the six consecutive calendar years of a student's academic program. The student's advisor and program department chairperson or program director must approve each transfer credit. Normally the maximum number of credits which may be transferred is six credits for MA, MS or MSEd degrees, and twenty credits in doctoral programs. No transfer of credit is permitted for the MFA degree.
